Bldeo is the historical place where the Dauji Temple is situated.This Temple is based on Lord Dauji Maharaj and Revti Maiyya. Dauji Maharaj is elder Brother of lord Krishna.Lord Dauji Maharaj was also known as Baldeo.This is the only reason that this place is named Baldeo.it is one of the famous
temple in top 10 temples of Mathura.In this temple Dauji Maharaj and Revti Maiyya are  live appear with the stone statue which is about 5000 year old.For celebrating the emplacement every year in December at the day of Margshish Poornima Mela has been organized.

In Dauji Maharaj temple all festivals are celebrated with gleefulness. Here,Holi is celebrated as HURANGA. It is very much demotic in baldeo (Mathura).
